As a satisfied guest at 3 Etoiles -Restaurant Le Pilatus, I had a fantastic stay in Courchevel. The helpful and proactive staff, including Leone, Pascal, and Nicole, went above and beyond to arrange our logistics. Nicole even took us on a tour of the area and helped us with groceries. The location right on the slopes was perfect, and the freshly baked croissants delivered to our door each morning were a lovely touch. The spacious and clean one-bedroom apartment exceeded our expectations. the customer service, cleanliness, and amenities were top-notch.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Pilatus in Courchevel. The staff was friendly and helpful, arranging taxis and ski rental equipment for us. The apartments were spacious and cozy, with everything we needed for cooking. The restaurant was delicious and convenient for breakfast and lunch. Plus, the location right on the slopes was perfect for those looking for a true mountain experience. We couldn't have asked for a better stay!

Amazing views from the room and comfortable bed. the staff was friendly and helpful, although a bit slow. the location was perfect, right on the slopes, and the ski-in/ski-out access made it convenient for us. the restaurant had delicious food and the breakfast options were decent. We also enjoyed the cozy ambiance of the hotel.

The room was quite small and the bathroom was outdated. the Wi-Fi connection was very weak and unreliable.

We had a fantastic stay at 3 Etoiles -Restaurant Le Pilatus in the mountains. the spacious and comfortable one-bedroom apartment was super clean, making our stay very enjoyable. the staff, especially Nicole, went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience. They were helpful and accommodating, arranging transportation for us and even personally driving us when a taxi wasn't available. the customer service was truly exceptional. Pascal, the owner, greeted us each morning with a warm smile and hot coffee, making us feel welcomed. the restaurant on-site served delicious meals, and the location right on the slopes was perfect for a typical mountain experience. We will definitely be back!

Excellent ski-in/ski-out location, clean and well-equipped apartments, friendly and helpful staff, and delicious meals at the restaurant. The hotel provided convenient transportation options, including arranging taxis and ski rentals that came directly to the chalet. Parking was available onsite, and the breakfast selection was enjoyable. The staff were really good too ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay.

This hotel is an absolute gem! The value for money is incredible, with fantastic prices for the apartments. The rooms are well planned and comfortably furnished, providing a spacious and cozy atmosphere. I especially loved the attention to detail, with the table set in advance of our arrival and the freshly baked croissants and baguette delivered to our door every morning. The location is amazing, allowing for easy ski in and ski out access to the slopes. And let's not forget the amazing restaurant! The food is superb and the service from Philippe and his team is genuine and top-notch.

The apartment at Hotel 3 etoiles -Restaurant Le Pilatus Courchevel was cozy and comfortable, making me feel right at home. I loved that the apartment had a fully equipped kitchen, so I could cook my own meals and save some money. The direct access to the piste was a game changer for me as a bike rider. It made it so convenient to hit the slopes whenever I wanted. The apartment had a good mix of beds, with 2 single beds, 1 double bed, and 1 sofa bed, providing enough sleeping space for everyone. Having a private bathroom with both a bath and a shower was a nice luxury to have after a long day of biking. The apartment also came with a washing machine, which was really handy to clean my biking gear.

Personally, I didn't make much use of the balcony in the apartment, but I can see how others might enjoy it.

The ski in and out location was amazing and allowed us to hit the slopes right away. We also loved the restaurant on site, the food was delicious! the staff were very welcoming and their hospitality made our stay even better. the fact that we were close to the airport helped us to easily catch our flight back home.

The breakfast wasn't up to our expectations. There weren't many options to choose from and the quality wasn't great.

The accommodation is conveniently located right on the slopes, allowing for easy access to skiing. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with kitchen utensils and other amenities at hand. the staff is committed to providing superlative customer service, going out of their way to ensure guests' needs are met. some rooms offer breathtaking views of the mountains.

Great skiing. And, so convenient to have ski-in/ski-out access right from the hotel. The views from the room were amazing. And, the mountain was great for Easter, with a lot of snow still on the slopes.

The service was not up to par. There were some issues with check-in and the staff were not helpful.
